Monthly On-Site Management
Specially trained and selected consultant personnel will be provided to bring oversite and accountability to your swing bed program and we will explore innovative ways of working with your rehab director, along with guiding and directing case management, educating nursing and providers of the importance of the swing bed program.
As one aspect of our services, we can help supply and/or train the personnel for the day-to-day managing of patient care, staffing, budget, program development, and planning, as well as continually train and augment the skills of the Rehab team. This training will allow the rehab director to move dynamically within your facility to assure you of up-to-date care and systems development regardless of your strategic plan.
Our team of experts can help you resolve the challenges you face in your program with specific recommendations for resolving these concerns in the areas of Operations, Financial, Clinical, and Marketing performance.
Swing Bed/Skilled Care Program Development
Our Staff will help to develop operational and marketing plans for new or existing departments. We will work with all the departments pertinent to the swing bed program (case management, nursing, rehab, providers, admin, etc) with our primary focus on rehab. For existing programs, we can help turn around units that have experienced a sharp decline in census and contribution margins. Our Team can develop strategies to correct and enhance your current department’s ability to meet your objectives. For new programs, we can provide clinical, operations, and reimbursement insight to assure the integration and profitability of a new unit introduced as part of the overall hospital continuum of care. Our Consultant Team can develop business plans specific to the new department to get your unit off on the right foot.
With Rural Health Resources, you are not just getting a nursing and rehab support, you are getting an additional management team.
Out-Patient Therapy Department (upon request)
